      Rod has vast experience owning and running a successful family-owned business and an outdoor and guiding business in Montana. Prior to launching SkyRun North Lake Tahoe with his wife Leslie, Rod was a Wealth Manager for a Fortune 500 Company. He attended St. Mary’s College in Moraga on a football scholarship and continues to be an avid sports enthusiast. Rod handles owner relations, strategic pricing and business development for SkyRun. Rod enjoys traveling to remote fly fishing destinations around the globe and various outdoor activities including hiking, camping, skiing, and golf. He values time spent with family and friends and he and his wife, Leslie enjoy giving back and being part of the great North Lake Tahoe communities.
    • Leslie Heier

      Leslie comes to the industry with a variety of experience through her work and service in the Non Profit industry. For more than two decades, she served in a philanthropy role to advocate for, drive future growth and leverage sustainability to support such causes as child abuse, domestic violence/sexual assault, human/child trafficking and individuals with disabilities. Coupled with this, Leslie served as an executive professional and consultant in the capacity of operations, strategic planning, compliance/quality assurance, project development, management, leadership and HR/talent acquisition. Leslie ended her tenure as CEO/COO and Compliance Officer serving for one of the nations largest health charities. Leslie manages operations, guests/customer services, reservations, quality assurance and HR/administration for SkyRun. She graduated from CSU, Sacramento and has extended education and experience through her work and travel with NPO’s. She is an equestrian rider at heart, loves to hike and travel, be on the Lake, spend time with family and friends and enjoys theater/musical performances.
